TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates supplied on our website are for guideline use only. We reserve the right to change our charges according to the level of difficulty of work and/or the time estimated we may take to complete the works we may agree to undertake. Our rates will be made clear to customers when they contact our company for assistance prior to commencement of work.
There is a minimum charge of one hour labour on first visits to all jobs, work is then charged in half hour increments thereafter. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT.
Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to jobs, or the London Congestion Charge.
Estimates are free for installations but other jobs may be chargeable at our discretion (charges may vary).
Payment must be made in full by debit/credit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice and completion of works (we do not accept personal cheques). Should we fail to receive full payment within 5 working days we will charge 3% accumulated daily interest on the outstanding amount until we have received full payment.
